BUYERS PREMIUM 10% ON THE FIRST $3500 AND 3.95% ON THE BALANCE PER ITEM

ADDITIONAL 2% BUYER PREMIUM PER ITEM FOR ONLINE BUYERS. We have two online providers, BuyJMA and Proxibid. 

BuyJMA, the 2% online premium will be capped at $750 per item. 

Proxibid, there is no cap on the 2% online premium.

ONLINE BIDDING DEPOSIT: $1000 DEPOSIT TO BID ONLINE

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR DAY OF AUCTION

Inspection/Preview: Auction items may be viewed beginning June 9th – Auction Day (9 AM – 4 PM).

Removal: all items must be removed by June 25th. Items left after this date will be subject to storage fees uP to $100 per item per day. $250 call out fee will apply.
