Jeff Martin Auctioneers is bringing construction equipment, earthmoving iron, cranes, heavy haul and utility trucks, trailers, and other vehicles to Kissimmee, FL for our biggest event of the year. We have both onsite and online bidding available, including an online-only ring each day.

Buyer’s Premium: 10% on the first $20,000 and 5% on the balance, capped at $3,500 per item.

Online Bidding Fees:
●     Bidding on JeffMartinAuctioneers.com: No additional online fee
●     Bidding on Proxibid or EquipmentFacts: Additional 3.50% online bidding fee (no cap)

Bidder Deposits:
●     $5,000 Domestic online bidder deposit
●     $10,000 International online bidder deposit
●     $1,000 deposit for first-time live bidders (cash, wire, or certified check)

Removal Deadline: All items must be removed by March 13, 2026. Items left after that date may be subject to storage fees up to $100 per item per day.

Inspection & Preview: January 26 through auction day, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
