Exhibitor Rules:
1. Set Up: Booth set up will be allowed beginning Feb. 8, 2023, during the hours of 8 A.M.‐5 P.M. Vendor will not
set up its booth or drop off or remove any materials after 5PM. Any material added or modified to the physical
area must be approved by Auction Company. Set up of booth and location of any open space items will be
allowed in assigned and approved areas only. Vendors should be set up no later than Sunday, February 11, 2024
at 5:00 P.M. No Set up will be allowed after that date.
2. Tear Down: Vendor will remove its booth as well as all materials, equipment or other property from the
site by
February 17, 2023.
Any booth, materials, equipment or other property left on the premises after such time will
become the property of Jeff Martin Auctioneers. Any material added or modified to the physical area must be
removed by vendor. We request that no vendor leave before the conclusion of the auction on
Thursday, February
15, 2024
3. Event Dates: The Auction will be held February 12 – 15, 2024.
4. Hours: The auction site will open at 8 A.M. each day and close at 5 P.M. On auction days, the auction site will
close
at the completion of the last lot sold.
5. Staffing: All exhibitor personnel must be 18 or older.
6. Vehicle: Each exhibitor will be provided (in your exhibitor packet) with 1 (one) vehicle pass allowing you to
park your
vehicle in the designated exhibitor parking area on the auction site.
7. Access During Auction: We recommend having a staff member available at your booth during auction hours.
Loading and unloading of booth space will be prohibited during auction hours.
8. Use of Lights, Generators, Etc.: There will be no electricity provided by Auctioneer.
The use of generators will be
allowed only if vendors obtain and provide required local permits. Lights,
sound equipment, etc., shall be
operated at reasonable levels and shall not interfere with or disrupt other
vendors or auction activities.
9. No Alcohol Policy: Alcohol will not be allowed on auction site or any illegal substance.
10. Code of Conduct Policy: Good Decorum shall always be used. No profanity or objectionable material
is allowed.
You do not tamper with other vendor spaces or displays.
11. General Display Guidelines: Exhibitor will provide its own materials, equipment and labor necessary
to set up its
display and acknowledges that Jeff Martin Auctioneers will not provide any tools or equipment.
Vendor agrees
not to set up any booth or other display anywhere on the property other than in the location
specified on the
placement chart. Vendor’s display must fall into the area guidelines for the booth space
purchased.
12. Flyers, Handouts, and Giveaways: Promotion material may be distributed at your vendor booth. No
distribution
of materials elsewhere on the auction site is allowed.
13. Vendors agree to comply with Auction Company Staff’s instruction during this event.
14. Security: Auctioneer is not responsible for security over the Exhibitors booth area.
15. Any issues or concerns will be handled through the Vendor Manager on site during the event.
