June 18, 2020 JMA successfully sells Florida Beach Resort Home during COVID 19 Pandemic 

Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc. in conjunction with Higgenbotham Auctioneers, LTD assisted the US Marshal Service in the sale of property in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.

The Santa Rosa Beach property is a unique property and could have been considered a challenge in the current real estate environment. The National Association of Realtors announced at the end of May that pending home sales had seen a two month decline. The Pending Home Sale Index (PHSI) fell 21.8% in April. Even though the climate in real estate was in a downwards trend, JMA was able to secure multiple offers on this six bedroom, five full bath custom built property for $1.3 million.
